breakfast indulgence - french toast

Dessert for breakfast - French toast is a very special treat for me..especially when I have such a sweet tooth. I could enjoy it any day of the week.

When I make French toast I like to use my own freshly baked brioche, a not too sweet egg mix, a nice seasonal fruit that is lightly poached in a sugar syrup and a gorgeous dollop of something extra creamy, just to finish it off.

Today I was lucky enough to find my chamomile is starting to flower in my garden so that too added that special little touch.
