Delivery service

Delivery days are 5 days a week: Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, except for all public holidays that fall on these delivery days.

Orders need to be placed online 24 hours prior to delivery. 

The floury baker has a standard courier flat rate of $12.50 per delivery. We only deliver to Sydney's Northern and Eastern Suburbs, Inner City and Northern beaches (Manly to Dee Why). Please see our FAQ for a full list of eligible suburbs. 

After placing your order

Delivery time will be determined the day prior to your delivery via email.

You will receive your meals to the delivery address you have provided arriving on the day you have requested.

You will receive an SMS the morning of delivery to inform you of the arrival of your meals. Please ensure that someone is present and ready to receive them.

If you need a delivery outside of our specified delivery days we can arrange a special delivery, but additional charges will apply. Please email us at info@theflourybaker.com.au to organize a special delivery date.

Receiving your order

With your delivery you will be greeted by one of our friendly floury baker drivers with your floury baker esky bag containing your meals nicely chilled.If you are unable to be home to receive and sign for your meals at the designated time we have SMSed you , we will leave the meals at your front door. We are happy to leave your purchase at the front door but hold no responsibility for the meals if they are lost or have been defrosted.

If you are a returning customer it is your responsibility to ensure your esky bag and defrosted ice brick are placed at the agreed location the night before delivery so that your meals can be placed in the esky bag and your existing ice brick can be replaced with a new frozen ice brick.

If the esky bag is not left out with the ice brick we will provide a replacement. You may be charged a fee of $15.00 (subject to change) for any additional esky bag and/or ice bricks required.

Please ensure that you check all products carefully against your tax invoice, which will be emailed to you once payment for your order has been received. Take careful notice of storage instructions, ingredient lists and any use - by dates on all meals as they do vary.

If for any reason you have received an incorrect meal, your whole order has not been delivered, incorrect item(s) were delivered or you have received something with which you are not 100% satisfied, we will ensure you are not charged. However you must notify the floury baker via email within 48 hours of the delivery being made, and we will need you to provide proof of the issue. We may not be able to refund any consumed or disposed of meals.
