Our online store has been carefully designed to provide you with as much information as possible on all our meals to help you make the right selection. Please use this information and select carefully.

No changes or cancellations in your order will be accepted once you have confirmed your shopping cart.
If you do wish to cancel or change your order once you have already confirmed your order online you will be responsible to pay for all your existing meals selected, any delivery fee and any outstanding tax.
If for any reason you have received an incorrect meal, your whole order has not been delivered, incorrect item(s) were delivered or you have received something with which you are not 100% satisfied, we will ensure you are not charged. However you must notify the floury baker via email within 48 hours of the delivery being made, and we will need you to provide proof of the issue. We may not be able to refund any consumed or disposed of meals.
*The floury baker offers free delivery for those orders over $150 with a delivery address within the Northern suburbs of Sydney, Eastern suburbs, Inner city and the Northern beaches (Manly to Dee Why).
We offer a flat-rate delivery fee of $12.50 for locations in Sydney metro*.
For your first delivery of meals we charge a $10 fee for each esky bag and one ice brick if the order is to be left at the front door. If the esky bag is not left out with the ice brick for the following order we will provide a replacement. You will be charged a fee of $15 (subject to change) for any additional esky bag and/or ice bricks required.
Orders will be charged to the credit card provided by you at the time of purchase. Payments will appear on your credit card statement as ‘the floury baker’.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Stripe accepts all major credit cards and bank account transfers.
How secure is this store?
Do I need an account to make a purchase?
Yes. The Floury Baker requires first-time customers to sign up for an account so we can keep track of your Esky bag orders, as well as your order history. Here's how it works when you purchase for the first time:
- At checkout, review your shopping cart.
- Select our flat-rate shipping option and "This is my first order..."
- You will be prompted to sign in. Click "Sign up for an account" to register.
- Enter your name, email address and password to register.
- Enter credit card details and confirm order.
