This is indulging - crispy pork crackling, succulent, soft and juicy confit pork belly meat with a sweet and tart black bean sauce. The belly has been confit for 9 hours on a very low temperature, it is the pressed over night and then reheated to get that wonder crackling on the top. All the work has been done - you just need to reheat it and enjoy.

Confit liquor: sea salt, olive oil, white wine, herbs
