Cudgegong valley olives custom blend oil is derived from individual olive varieties harvested fresh and processed immediately at the farm in Orange, NSW. The unique qualities of these oils are assessed each season and the oils are then stored seperately in a controlled environment to retain freshness.

Martin Boetz from Cooks Co-op has worked closely with Cudgegong valley in order to come up with their very own extra virgin olive oil blend. It is grassy with peppery notes.

Serving recommendations:

  • Drizzle your oil over a nicely cooked piece of fish or meat just before serving
  • Wonderful as a salad dressing matched with a great vinegar.
