A light and fragrant marinade that is wonderful on the BBQ. Just squeeze a little fresh lemon juice over the BBQ spatchcock just before serving.

Marination: parsley, coriander, turmeric, cumin, chilli powder, lemon juice

Dietary remarks: *gluten free, dairy free and may contain traces of nuts

Serves: 2 people, 2 individual spatchcocks

Weight: roughly 600gm each bird with bone in

Cooking time: roughly 15 minutes

Package: the spatchcock are fresh and cryovaced

Storage: keep refrigerated up to 2 days or freeze it in the cryovac bag
