A great way to feed your family. Simply place the marinated deboned lamb leg onto a hot BBQ and season well.

Marination: fresh rosemary, confit garlic, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and cracked black pepper

Dietary remarks: *gluten free, dairy free and may contain traces of nuts

Serves:  8 people

Weight: 2 to 2.5 kg with bone in

Cooking time: roughly 20 - 35 minutes, as there is no leg bone

Package: the lamb leg is fresh and cryovaced

Storage: keep refrigerated up to 3 days or freeze it in the cryovac bag
