Aromatic fresh green curry paste made from lemongrass, galangal, green chillies, shrimp paste, garlic, red onion and spices. Seasoned with fish sauce, lime juice and palm sugar. The curry also has sweet baby corn and Thai apple eggplant.

NOTE: pea eggplants are added in the curry when in season.

To be reheated according to package instructions.
