Parmesan crusted veal snitzel

Two freshly crumbed, tender veal snitzel all ready to go. Accompanied with your own clarified butter. All you need to do is simply place your frying pan on the stove and quickly sear both sides.

Our crumb mix is a combination of parmesan cheese, fresh thyme, bread crumbs and sea salt.

Great to have on hand after a day in the office. You can also freeze the snitzels if you prefer. 

  • Heat your frying pan.
  • Add a good spoonful of your clarified butter.
  • Sear your snitzel on both sides till golden.
  • Place on paper towel, sprinkle a little sea salt.
  • Squeeze a little fresh lemon on top.
  • Dinner is served

To be cooked according to package instructions.
