Easy to do and very tasty. Our house caponata has a base of eggplant, tomato and red capsicum. We then add olives and pine nuts and a spoonful of our tomato jam.

Our salmon is always FRESH, not frozen. Sourced on the day of delivery. Sustainably caught.

Great to have if you have friends coming over and all the work has been done.

  • Season your salmon fillets with sea salt and sear them in a hot frying pan.
  • Reheat your caponata in a saucepan.
  • Spoon your caponata onto your plate.
  • Place your fish on top.
  • Squeeze a little fresh lemon juice on top
  • Dinner is served

To be cooked according to package instructions.
