Nothing beats sticky pork ribs on the BBQ! These pork ribs have been slow cooked in garlic and olive oil for 4 hrs and then brushed with the balsamic marinade. All you need to do is simply put them on a hot BBQ and brush them with the balsamic marinade while you reheat them through. If you don't have a BBQ simply place on a baking tray in a hot oven, 200c and continue to baste the ribs with the marinade.

Marination: balsamic vinegar, mustard, beer, brown sugar, tomato sauce
